We are seeking dynamic and driven Research Scholars Consultants to lead our team with a positive approach, enhance sales potential, and strengthen client relationships. The role requires analytical skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to bridge gaps between sales performance and client conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the team with motivation and positivity to achieve monthly sales and registration targets.
- Estimate and set explicit monthly value goals, ensuring consistent growth in registrations.
- Analyze gaps between sales efforts and client conversions; identify challenges and provide targeted training to the team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring effective team handling.
- Collaborate with the collections team to ensure timely and accurate follow-ups.
- Monitor operational processes, evaluate efficiency, and provide actionable analysis to management.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion rates and overall sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, client relations, or consultancy roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
- Positive attitude with a focus on team development and client satisfaction.
