Job Summary

Neoteric Properties is seeking a skilled and proactive Network & IT Engineer to manage the organization's IT infrastructure, network systems, hardware, software, and technical support. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, maintain network security, and provide timely technical assistance to employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Manage network performance and ensure maximum uptime.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and applications.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Configure and manage user accounts, system permissions, and access controls.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security.
- Monitor antivirus solutions and implement cybersecurity best practices.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and third-party vendors for IT-related services.
- Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and system performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
- Support CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, IP phones, and other office IT infrastructure.




- Perform preventive maintenance of IT systems and recommend infrastructure improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's/ Master's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN).
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, domain management, and user administration.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of server management and virtualization.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and endpoint protection.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Network Administration, IT Support.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Experience with CCTV, biometric systems, and IP telephony.
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell or Bash) is an advantage.

Salary: 20000-22000
