About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Hospital Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hospital administration, quality standards, and insurance coordination, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure efficient and patient-centered healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the overall management and coordination of hospital operations.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of NABH standards and quality initiatives.
- Coordinate TPA empanelment, renewals, and documentation with insurance providers.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, statutory requirements, and quality protocols.
- Work closely with clinical and non-clinical departments to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor departmental performance and prepare operational reports.
- Assist in patient grievance resolution and service quality improvement initiatives.
- Support audits, accreditation processes, and continuous quality improvement activities.
Qualifications
- Master of Hospital Administration (MHA)
or MBA in Hospital Management.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital administration.
- Working knowledge of NABH accreditation standards and TPA empanelment processes is essential.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and quality management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital information systems.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a team environment.
