Job Description - Costing Engineer
Department -Cost Management
Reports To - Asst Manager – Cost Management
Key Responsibilities

- Perform product costing and manufacturing cost analysis.
- Prepare and maintain standard costs and analyze cost variances.
- Support month-end and year-end costing activities.
- Manage intercompany pricing and transaction reconciliation.
- Ensure accuracy of BOMs, routings, work centers, and costing master data.
- Investigate costing discrepancies and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Prepare costing reports, dashboards, and management insights.
- Support costing processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve costing accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product costing,



cost accounting, or manufacturing finance.
- Strong knowledge of Product Costing, Standard Costing, Manufacturing Cost Analysis, and Variance Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO/PP).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

- Experience in a manufacturing workplace.
- Exposure to multinational manufacturing operations.
- Professional certification in Cost Accounting or Finance is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
