We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager who can leverage AI tools to create high-quality content, manage social platforms, and produce engaging videos. The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital storytelling and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Use AI tools to generate content ideas, captions, visuals, and optimize workflows
- Create and edit high-quality videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, promotional content)
- Design engaging graphics and social media creatives aligned with brand identity
- Develop and execute content calendars and posting strategies
- Monitor trends and adapt content to stay relevant and competitive
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement and growth
- Collaborate with marketing and business teams to align content with business goals

Requirements:

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI,



etc.)
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
- Excellent creativity, storytelling, and visual sense
- Understanding of social media algorithms and trends
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with paid ads and social media campaigns
- Basic knowledge of branding and marketing strategy
- Experience working with service-based or digital businesses
