Junior Mechanical Engineer (Engineering & Maintenance)
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Freshers to 2 years of experience
- ITI (Fitter) with relevant experience may also be considered for technician roles
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of production and utility equipment.
- Carry out routine inspection of machines and report abnormalities.
- Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of current equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and logbooks.
- Assist in spare parts management and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and SOP requirements.
- Coordinate with production to minimize equipment downtime.

- Basic mechanical maintenance
- Pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Welding and fabrication (basic knowledge)
- Reading engineering drawings
