Job Summary

As a GoHighLevel CRM & Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, managing and optimising CRM systems, marketing automation, workflows and client onboarding processes.

You will work closely with our marketing and consulting teams to build scalable CRM solutions, automate business operations and improve customer journeys.

Key ResponsibilitiesGoHighLevel CRM

- Create and manage GoHighLevel sub-accounts
- Configure pipelines, opportunity stages and custom fields
- Set up calendars, appointment booking systems and forms
- Build landing pages, websites and sales funnels
- Manage contacts, smart lists and segmentation
- Create dashboards and reports
- Maintain CRM data quality and organisation

Automation & Workflows

- Design and optimise workflows within GoHighLevel
- Build email, WhatsApp and SMS automation
- Configure lead nurturing campaigns
- Implement tagging, lead scoring and conditional workflow logic
- Automate pipeline movement and task assignments
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and automation conflicts

Integrations

- Connect GoHighLevel with third-party applications
- Configure integrations using:
- Zapier
- Make (Integromat)
- Webhooks
- REST APIs
- Integrate payment gateways, calendars, forms and marketing platforms

Technical Support

- Configure email sending domains
- Set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC records




- Configure tracking pixels and conversion tracking
- Perform minor website and technical updates
- Test, debug and maintain automation systems

Documentation & Optimisation

- Document workflows and CRM configurations
- Maintain implementation SOPs
- Identify opportunities to improve automation and internal processes
- Support client onboarding and CRM implementation projects

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM
- Experience creating workflows and marketing automation
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer journeys
- Knowledge of Zapier, Make or similar automation platforms
- Experience with APIs and webhooks
- Understanding of email marketing and automation
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:

Qualification

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
