We are a growing real estate and construction company engaged in the development of premium residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team and contribute to designing high-quality developments.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in architectural planning, design development, and preparation of construction drawings.

· Prepare concept drawings, working drawings, Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, and architectural details.

· Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.

· Ensure compliance with Development Control and Promotion Regulations (DCPR), National Building Code of India (NBC), fire safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

· Assist in obtaining approvals from local authorities and consultants.





· Conduct site inspections to ensure architectural work is executed as per approved drawings.

· Review shop drawings, material samples, and finishes.

· Coordinate with the Projects, Procurement, and Contracts teams.

· Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and project documentation.

· Support senior architects in project execution and timely delivery.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch.).

· 1–3 years of experience in architectural design or construction projects.

Technical Skills

· AutoCAD (Mandatory)

· SketchUp

· Revit

· Adobe Photoshop

· Microsoft Office

· Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
