About Us

Timeless Vows Photography is a growing wedding and event photography company specializing in Wedding Photography, Cinematic Films, Pre-Wedding Shoots, Maternity, Baby Shoots, and Festive Sessions. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email.
- Explain photography packages and assist clients in choosing the right services.
- Follow up with new leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Schedule client meetings, photoshoots, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with photographers, editors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Send quotations, invoices, payment reminders,



and delivery updates.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus).
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and email.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and strong customer service skills.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
