Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Scale customer acquisition while maintaining profitable ROAS.
- Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and Remarketing campaigns.

Conversion Optimisation

- Analyse customer journeys and identify conversion bottlenecks.
- Work closely with the E-commerce team to improve landing pages and website conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences and landing pages.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC and Conversion Rate.
- Prepare weekly reports with actionable insights.

Tracking & Optimisation

- Manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and GA4.




- Ensure accurate conversion tracking across all campaigns.
- Continuously optimise campaigns to maximise performance.

Requirement

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Solid expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing e-commerce or D2C brands.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimise campaigns using data.
- Experience improving ROAS and reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
