Job Title: Area Sales Officer (ASO)

Location: Sambalpur , Odisha

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the assigned district/s.
- Handle channel sales, generate leads, and convert them into actual sales.
- Conduct marketing activities to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, customers, and influencers.
- Address customer grievances and handle complaints.
- Submit regular reports, enter data in the CRM system, and meet reporting requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work independently and achieve Sales targets.
- Must own a Smartphone and a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and helmet.
- This is a field sales role involving extensive travel within the assigned territory.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive business growth in the allocated district.
- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
- Generate new business through regular market visits, lead generation, and customer meetings.
- Promote Tata Tiscon products and execute sales and marketing activities to increase market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, builders,



and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain daily call reports, sales reports, and update CRM records accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and customer support.
- Work independently to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned district.
- Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence and helmet.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Steel/Cement/Paint preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
