Job Description: SAP IS-U Consultant – CRM / FICA / Client Coordination

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with Think Gas stakeholders to understand SAP IS-U, CRM, and FICA-related business requirements.
- Support requirement gathering, process discussions, and solution alignment for utility business processes.
- Coordinate between client business users, AIRDIT internal teams, and technical/functional consultants.
- Prepare Functional Specifications and clearly document client requirements.
- Support client/account coordination, follow-ups, meeting notes, and requirement tracking.
- Assist in discussions related to IS-U processes such as customer service, billing, meter-to-cash, device/meter lifecycle, and field operations.
- Support integration understanding across IS-U, CRM, FICA, PM/MM, and allied modules wherever applicable.
- Participate in QAM-related discussions as one of the AIRDIT product/use cases.
- Help identify process gaps, data issues, and areas where AIRDIT solutions can add value.
- Maintain strong client communication and ensure smooth coordination for ongoing requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP IS-U.
- Good exposure to SAP CRM.




- Good exposure to SAP FICA.
- Understanding of utility domain processes, preferably gas distribution.
- Knowledge of IS-U processes such as meter-to-cash, customer lifecycle, device/meter management, billing, and field operations.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into Functional Specifications.
- Exposure to SAP PM/MM or allied module integration will be an added advantage.
- Ability to support client coordination and account management activities.
- Good documentation and process understanding.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in SAP IS-U implementation, rollout, support, or enhancement projects.
- Exposure to utility or gas distribution business processes.
- Experience working directly with client-side business and IT stakeholders.
- Experience in CRM and FICA process discussions.
- Experience preparing Functional Specifications and coordinating with technical teams.
- Prior exposure to product implementation or custom solution deployment will be preferred.
