Roles & Responsibilities:-

At Volcur Electrix Pvt. Ltd., we are building world-class infrastructure in the power sector. We seek a dynamic Project Manager responsible for overall planning, supervision, execution and completion of EPC projects involving Substation and Transmission Line works ranging from 11kV to 400kV. He will ensure quality, safety, cost, and schedule adherence for all projects under his control. He will coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors and management to ensure smooth and timely project delivery. He will be accountable for project progress, material management, team leadership, and client satisfaction from start to handover.

Key Result Areas:-

Internal:

- Supervise and monitor daily activities at multiple sites for TL & SS projects (11kV to 400kV).
- Review and approve drawings, schedules, and material requirements.
- Plan and manage manpower, equipment, and materials for multiple ongoing projects.
- Ensure project activities are completed within defined timelines and budgets.
- Conduct inspections, review quality and safety compliance at sites, and resolve technical issues.
- Review reports from site teams, prepare progress summaries, and present updates to management.

External:

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for approvals, drawings, and project execution.
- Liaise with utility companies (PGVCL, GETCO, PGCIL, etc.) and local authorities for permissions and clearances.
- Communicate and follow up with vendors, suppliers,



and third-party contractors.
- Attend client meetings and progress reviews, prepare MOMs and technical clarifications.
- Coordinate with villagers and stakeholders for ROW (Right of Way) and social permissions.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and project billing with clients.

Primary External Interaction:-

1) Clients, Contractors and Consultants, 2) DISCOMs, Utility Companies & Liaison Officers 3) Local Authorities and Stakeholders

Educational Qualification:- B.E. (Electrical) / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Required Skills: -

1) Solid technical knowledge of Substation and Transmission Line erection, testing, and commissioning (11kV to 400kV).

2) Leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide site teams.

3) Effective project planning, budgeting, and progress monitoring ability.

4) Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

5) Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (2D), and documentation tools.

6) Commitment to safety, quality, and timely project completion.

Work Experience: -

Minimum 6–10 years of relevant experience in EPC project execution (Substation & Transmission Line up to 400kV).

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat, India. (Local Candidate Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
