Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month (Based on Experience)

Work Location: KASEZ, Gandhidham

Working Days: Monday to Sunday

Working Time:8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, production planning expertise, and the ability to manage teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.

Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timeline.

Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.

Optimize manpower, machinery, and raw material utilization.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse,



and Dispatch teams.

Identify and resolve production-related issues to minimize downtime.

Maintain production reports, records, and documentation.

Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.

Train, guide, and monitor production staff for improved performance.

Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.

Requirements:

Solid knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.

Good leadership and team management skills.

Ability to plan and monitor production schedules.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of quality control and workplace safety practices.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and production documentation is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
