Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) – SuperER

Role Overview

We are building a hospital-grade Emergency Room on Wheels (SuperER) that delivers immediate, high-quality emergency care within minutes on-site.

As an EMT, you will play a dual role:

- Clinical First Responder – manage emergencies, stabilize patients, assist the ERMO
- Operations Executor – ensure smooth on-ground functioning of SuperER, including coordination, documentation, and tech-driven workflows

This is not a typical ambulance EMT role — you will be the frontline operator of a mini-ER ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Emergency & Clinical Care

- Respond immediately to medical emergencies within the campus
- Assist in primary assessment, triage, and stabilization
- Manage trauma cases, cardiac events, respiratory distress, and acute medical emergencies
- Operate emergency equipment including oxygen, monitors, suction, and defibrillator
- Assist ERMO/doctor in procedures and patient management
- Prepare patients for safe transfer to hospital when required

SuperER Operations

- Act as on-ground owner of the SuperER unit
- Ensure readiness at all times (24×7 environment): equipment checks, drug availability, ambulance readiness
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals,



and internal ops team

Tech & Data Usage

- Use internal systems/apps for patient registration, documentation, and emergency logs
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry
- Support real-time tracking and reporting

Process & Quality Ownership

- Follow standardized emergency protocols
- Maintain hygiene, infection control, and safety practices
- Participate in drills and training sessions

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

- 2–5+ years of experience as an EMT / paramedic
- Strong hands-on skills in CPR, BLS/ACLS, and emergency handling
- Ability to stay calm under pressure

Critical Differentiators

- Excellent communication skills
- Comfort with technology and digital tools
- Robust ownership mindset

Good to Have

- Experience in ER or ICU setup
- Exposure to corporate/campus healthcare setups
- Familiarity with digital health systems

Work Structure

24×7 rotational shifts

Stationed at SuperER locations (tech parks / campuses)

- Works closely with ERMO, ops team, and hospitals

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹48,029.22 per month
