Housekeeping Supervisor – Job Description

We are looking for a agile and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor with experience in Hotel Management and Food & Beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness of guest areas, offices, dining areas, and common premises.
- Coordinate arrangements for guests, visitors, meetings, and company parties/functions.
- Ensure proper upkeep, hygiene, and presentation standards at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and service requests professionally.
- Monitor housekeeping materials, linen, cleaning supplies, and inventory.
- Coordinate with kitchen and F&B; teams during events and hospitality arrangements.
- Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and attendance of housekeeping staff.




- Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per company requirements.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- Experience in Housekeeping, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage operations.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to manage visitors, VIP guests, and party/event arrangements.
- Leadership and team-handling capability.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and housekeeping standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
