Job Description

- Monitor live/recorded operational calls of Research Associates for language assessment and guidance
- Identify opportunities for improvement in –
o Accent neutralization
o Pronunciation
o Grammar
o Telephone etiquette/call hygiene
o Voice modulation, clarity, pace
o Active listening/selective listening
o Overall fluency
- Provide constructive feedback on the areas of improvement to the associates on their spoken English based on the areas derived from the recordings
- Share best practices from other call recordings and own experience for effective learning
- Prepare, maintain, and circulate monitoring reports regularly
- Evaluate Research Associates on overall behaviour, including attendance and punctuality for feedback sessions

Skills Required

- Excellent command over spoken and written English with a strong grasp of intermediate grammar (clear understanding of English pronunciation, phonetics and common grammar errors)
- Ability to identify and correct regional accent influence




- Ability to share feedback in a non-judgemental and supportive manner
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to connect effectively within the team and other teams as well
- Problem-solving aptitude; able to handle unexpected issues quickly and efficiently
- Ability to work professionally both in a team and independently to ensure timely completion of tasks

Qualifications and Experience

- Post-graduate freshers with robust communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Graduate/Post-Graduate candidates in any stream with minimum 6 months of experience in language coaching, communication monitoring, or quality evaluation roles may apply
- Educational background in English, Communications, Linguistics, or related fields will be preferred
- Prior experience in corporate training, soft skills development, or professional development programs is a plus
