About the Role

We are looking for curious, analytical, and driven Research Analysts to join our consulting team. The role involves conducting high-quality research, generating actionable insights, and supporting strategic projects across governance, public policy, development, and corporate sectors.

We are hiring candidates from three different research backgrounds, depending on their expertise and interest:

1. Research Analyst – Engineering & Technology

Ideal for candidates with an Engineering or Technology background who enjoy data-driven research, analytics, emerging technologies, AI, digital transformation, and innovation.

2. Research Analyst – Business, Economics & Public Policy

Suitable for candidates with backgrounds in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or Management, with experience in market research, policy analysis, governance, strategy, or consulting.

3. Research Analyst – Journalism & Narrative Research

Ideal for candidates from Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, English, or related disciplines who possess strong writing, storytelling, qualitative research, content analysis,



and narrative-building skills for reports, knowledge products, and strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct primary and secondary research using credible national and international sources.
- Gather, validate, analyze, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
- Prepare literature reviews, policy briefs, research reports, presentations, and knowledge products.
- Perform industry analysis, market assessments, benchmarking, and trend analysis.
- Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Develop client-ready presentations and reports with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support consulting assignments, proposals, and project delivery.
- Track emerging trends, innovations, government initiatives, and sector developments.
- Maintain high standards of research quality, documentation, and data integrity.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Master's degree is preferred.

Desired Skills

- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent research and information synthesis skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Python, SPSS, Tableau, or other analytical tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail with a structured problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced consulting environment and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
