What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As our Operations Executive, you will be the heartbeat of our daily functions. Your day to day will involve:

Daily Workflow Management: Oversee, streamline and execute daily operational tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.

Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate between different teams, vendors, and ground staff to eliminate bottlenecks.

Problem Solving: Tackle real-time operational hiccups swiftly and efficiently to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Performance Tracking: Maintain daily logs, track key operational metrics, and report on efficiency.





Process Improvement: Identify areas of delay or waste and suggest practical ways to optimize our daily routines.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Experience: 0–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar rapid-paced management role.

Skills: Excel sheets proficient,Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and take initiative.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools to track data.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing daily priorities.

Languages Required: English and Hindi

Languages Preferred: Kannada

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
