Job Summary

The QC & Production Manager is responsible for overseeing bakery production operations and quality control activities to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and according to company and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
- Implement and maintain GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage production staff and QC personnel.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.




- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety practices.
- Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and procurement teams.
- Prepare production and quality reports for management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in bakery or food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, GMP, and HACCP.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
