Job Description: Business Analyst – Project Management - Banking (Credit Cards, Lending Domain)
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in the credit cards /
consumer lending domain. The role focuses on requirement analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and
supporting strategy implementation, with limited project coordination responsibilities.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into BRDs/FRDs and user stories
- Engage stakeholders across business and technology
- Support credit risk strategy and policy implementation
- Perform process mapping and identify improvements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and UAT support
- Maintain documentation and requirement traceability
- Conduct data analysis using Excel/SQL

- Qualifications: - 4+ years as a Business Analyst in banking/credit cards
- Strong understanding of consumer credit lifecycle
- Experience with credit risk strategies and policy changes
- Skilled in requirement documentation and process mapping
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
