We are looking for someone who can build meaningful content, grow online communities, and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. As part of a fast-growing startup, you will also work closely with the Founder, supporting day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and brand-building activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, takes ownership, and is excited to contribute beyond traditional social media management.

Social Media & Community Management

- Plan, create, and manage content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop engaging content including captions, reels, carousels, graphics, videos, and long-form posts aligned with the brand's voice.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including publishing content, responding to comments and DMs, and fostering audience engagement.
- Build, grow, and nurture online communities across WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Research audience behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify new content opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and creator campaigns.
- Monitor content performance using analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize content strategies to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Contribute to brand positioning, storytelling, and overall digital marketing initiatives.

Founder's Office Responsibilities

- Work directly with the Founder on strategic, operational, and business initiatives.
- Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination.
- Assist in planning, documentation, and execution of ongoing business projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Support the Founder's LinkedIn presence through content planning, profile management,



and personal branding initiatives.
- Conduct research, prepare presentations, reports, and business documents to support decision-making.
- Take ownership of cross-functional projects spanning operations, marketing, and community initiatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive execution in a rapid-paced startup environment.

Requirements

- Master's degree (Mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Brand Marketing, Community Management, or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication, content writing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, content strategy, and analytics.
- Highly organized with excellent time management, multitasking, and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working directly with founders in a dynamic startup environment.
- Proactive, ownership-driven, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Background

Candidates with education or prior experience in Astrology, Numerology, Psychology, Sociology, English Literature, Therapy, Counselling, Wellness, Coaching, Personal Branding, or similar purpose-driven industries will be preferred. Prior experience working with founders or businesses in coaching, wellness, therapy, counselling, psychology, astrology, or personal branding will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
