Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated International Business Development Executive to identify, engage, and onboard creators, streamers, agencies, and strategic partners across global markets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for creator economy trends, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop business opportunities in international markets.
- Research and connect with creators, streamers, influencers, talent agencies, and content networks globally.
- Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, social media, and industry platforms.
- Assist in onboarding new creators.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support market expansion initiatives.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly partnership and revenue targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 6 months- 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience working with international clients or markets is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with the creator economy, influencer marketing, gaming, streaming, or digital entertainment industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
