Raintree Restaurant, Madikeri - Coorg is a heritage multi-cuisine restaurant set in the heart of the popular tourist destination Coorg.
We are looking for a kitchen leader who is multi skilled on the range of cuisines such as Indian, Oriental, Western & South Indian. The Chef will be administratively robust, manage purchase and food cost and lead the team with a hands-on attitude to work.
A good guest feedback focus, menu planning, some social media skills such as Instagram, Facebook will be preferable.
The role will include accommodation, meals on duty and incentive pay.
