Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of financial products and services. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with a designated portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial goals, challenges, and evolving needs through regular meetings and communication.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant financial products and services (e.g., investments, loans, insurance, wealth management) to meet client objectives.




- Prepare and present comprehensive financial proposals and solutions to clients, clearly articulating benefits and risks.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and revenue objectives through effective client management and new business development.
- Monitor client portfolios and market trends to provide timely advice and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate closely with internal product specialists, credit teams, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare regular reports on client activity, portfolio performance, and sales progress for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
