Mixologist cum Barista Head:

Responsibilities: -

- Create innovative cocktails, mocktails & specialty coffee recipes that enhance guest experience.
- Develop and update beverage menus in line with market trends and brand identity.
- Train and mentor bar and service teams on recipes, techniques, and beverage knowledge.
- Manage inventory while ensuring consistent quality and minimal wastage.
- Deliver personalized beverage experiences by interacting with guests and recommending drinks.
- Ensure smooth bar operations while maintaining hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.
- Optimize beverage costs through recipe standardization and effective inventory management.
- Stay updated on beverage trends to continuously innovate the menu.
- Strong expertise in mixology, coffee, spirits, wines, beers, and flavour pairing.
- Create innovative and trend-driven beverages.
- Lead, train,



and inspire bar teams.
- Manage stock, procurement, and beverage costs efficiently.
- Perform effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Deliver excellent guest and team communication.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays. (Compulsory)
- Relevant experience in premium hospitality, restaurants, or cafés.

Education & Qualification: -

- 3 to 5 years of barista mixology experience with a hospitality industry experience…Mixology certification preferred.
- Job Location: - Ahmedabad- Gujarat

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
