Job Title: Video Editor/Video Designer

Job location: Sector 66, Gurugram, Haryana

Employment Type: Full Time, Work From office

Experience Required: 1-3 years Shift Timing: Monday to Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays are working from home); 11 AM to 8 PM

The Objective of the role: To develop/create converting ads and marketing content & visually appealing and engaging videos that drive customer engagement & conversion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Creating converting ad scripts into compelling videos that drive engagement & conversion.

 Collaborate closely with marketing teams, copywriters & business development team to understand the project, brand guidelines, target audience in order to create visually appealing & effective videos.

 Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies/tools. Best practices in designing & performance marketing





 Ability to research & gather relevant information & insights and share with the team.

 Collect & edit raw footage & audio-visual clips ensuring smooth/impactful transitions, clean cuts & seamless integration of visual & audio elements.  Maintain an organized library of video assets, project files & backups to facilitate future editing needs & ensure efficient workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications (Personality/Attributes/Traits):

 Proficiency in video editing software: CapCut, Filmora, ClipChamp, VN Editor, Movavi, And understanding of smart video editing techniques & best practices in the industry for specifically IG reels, YT Shorts etc.)

 Ability to convert ad scripts into compelling videos that drive conversions & engagement.

 Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms & requirements for video content (E.g- social media specifications, aspect ratio, file formats etc.)

 Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work under tight deadlines

 Creative mind set with ability to think visually & bring ideas to life through video editing

 Proactive & quick on TAT/Deliverables  Proficient in using smart AI tools to get the work done

 Collaborative spirit & someone who takes initiatives

 Good research & analysis skills

Preferred skills and knowledge:

 Significant work experience as video editor in performance marketing agency

 Flexibility of working hours

 Ability to use smart AI tools

 Familiarity with motion graphics, visual effects & animation is a plus.

 Inquisitive & collaborative

 Fast-paced transitions and SFXs utilization.

 Ability to reduce the production timeframe by adapting shortcuts, scripts, and methods applicable.
