A1 SKC Food Products Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing FMCG company specializing

in quality food products. We are expanding rapidly across South India and

are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations.

We are seeking an aggressive and result-driven Area Sales Manager to manage

and grow business in the assigned area. The ideal candidate will be responsible

for driving revenue, expanding distribution, managing a sales team, and building

strong relationships with distributors and key retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Sales Officers to achieve monthly, quarterly,

and annual sales targets for the assigned area

- Develop and execute area sales plans to achieve volume, value, and

distribution objectives

- Appoint new distributors, monitor distributor performance, and ensure

proper stock, billing, and secondary sales

- Ensure coverage of 300+ retail outlets and maintain 150+ active customers

with regular order generation

- Drive product visibility, scheme execution, and in-store promotions across

all channels





- Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and provide insights on pricing

and new opportunities

- Monitor receivables, control expenses, and ensure adherence to company policies

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecast demand accurately

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree. MBA in Marketing preferred

- 4-6 years of experience in FMCG/Food sales with at least 2 years in a team

handling role

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building distribution

networks

- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

- Must have own two-wheeler and valid driving license

- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area
