Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our Interior Designing and Construction business. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge along GST, TDS, bookkeeping, banking, vendor payments and statutory compliance.

The candidate should be capable of maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring timely reporting and compliance.

- Maintain Books of Accounts in Tally Prime
- Daily Voucher Entry
- Journal Entries
- Purchase & Sales Entries
- Cash & Bank Book
- Ledger Reconciliation
- Bank Reconciliation (BRS)

Taxation

- GST Accounting
- GST Return Preparation
- Input Tax Credit Reconciliation
- TDS Calculation & Return Filing
- Financial Management
- Prepare Monthly MIS Reports
- Expense Monitoring

Vendor & Client Management

- Vendor Ledger Reconciliation
- Customer Ledger Reconciliation
- Payment Follow-up
- Collection Tracking
- Invoice Verification

Banking

- RTGS / NEFT
- Cheque Preparation




- Banking Documentation
- Loan Documentation (if required)

Payroll

- Salary Processing
- Employee Reimbursements
- Attendance Based Payroll Support

Documentation

- Maintain Financial Records
- Filing of Statutory Documents
- Support Internal & External Auditors

Job Requirements (JR)Educational Qualification

- B.Com (Mandatory)

Experience

- Minimum 2 Years in Accounting
- Experience in Interior, Construction, Manufacturing or Trading Industry preferred

Technical Skills

- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas)
