Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Assistant Terminal Supervisor to support terminal operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities at our Mangalore terminal. The role involves coordinating operations, maintaining records, monitoring dispatch activities, and ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in supervising daily terminal operations and dispatch activities
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and internal teams for smooth movement of materials
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
- Monitor loading and unloading activities at the terminal
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines
- Support inventory tracking and stock monitoring




- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams for issue resolution
- Ensure timely reporting of operational updates and challenges

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or terminal management
- Basic understanding of terminal or transport operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
