Rathis Bandhus Commercial Private Limited is hiring a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, maintaining robust relationships with clients, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments.
- Maintain customer records and prepare reports.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries
- Good interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
