Key Roles & Responsibilities

Product Development & Design

Design and develop new products as per customer specifications

Ensure product strength, quality, and compliance with customer requirements

Prepare manufacturing drawings, BOM, and design parameters

Develop die lines and artwork for polymer making

Sample Development & Customer Handling

Submit samples within the same day or within a maximum of 3 days

Coordinate with customers from sample stage to final approval

Handle ECN (Engineering Change Notes) and update all changes in ERP

Ensure smooth transition from pilot to commercial production

Process Planning & Optimization

Prepare process plans, flowcharts, and SOPs for new products

Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce cost

Conduct line balancing, takt time, and cycle time studies

Minimize deviations and maintain process consistency

Costing & Feasibility

Prepare costing based on customer requirements

Evaluate in-house production feasibility and cost efficiency

Maintain and update costing sheets regularly





Recommend price revisions for low conversion products

Production & Trial Management

Conduct trial runs and pilot production

Evaluate product performance before commercial release

Resolve shop floor issues related to quality and materials

Coordinate with Production, PPC, and Procurement teams

Documentation & ERP Management

Maintain FG Master data in ERP system

Ensure all product updates, specifications, and item codes are current

Create and manage development documentation and reports

Material Planning & Vendor Coordination

Plan input materials on weekly and monthly basis

Identify and coordinate with vendors for tools, polymers, and dies

Manage tool cost budgeting

Continuous Improvement

Perform benchmarking and competitor analysis

Work with cross-functional teams for re-engineering and improvements

Support management in developing NPD strategies

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
