We are looking for an experienced Production Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations in a refrigeration manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, achieving daily and monthly production targets, improving productivity, maintaining quality standards, ensuring safety compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the entire production function of the refrigeration manufacturing plant.
- Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources.
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor production KPIs including OEE, rejection, downtime, and line efficiency.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and R&D; teams for smooth operations.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.




- Develop and mentor production teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Prepare production reports and present performance metrics to senior management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- MBA/PGDM in Operations is an added advantage.

Experience

- 15–20 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Minimum 8 years in a leadership role as Production Manager/Production Head.
- Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, consumer appliances, or white goods manufacturing is preferred.
