Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Billing Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in project billing, quantity estimation, and contractor billing for civil or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and verify client and contractor bills as per project progress.
- Measure work quantities and prepare RA (Running Account) bills and final bills.
- Review BOQs, work orders, and contract documents.
- Coordinate with site engineers for work measurements and billing documentation.
- Maintain billing records, payment tracking, and project documentation.
- Assist in quantity estimation and reconciliation of materials.
- Support project cost monitoring and budget tracking.
- Ensure billing activities comply with contractual terms and project timelines.
- Coordinate with the accounts and project teams for timely invoice processing.

Requirements:





- Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 1–3 years as a Billing Engineer in Infrastructure, Construction, or Civil projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, RA Bills, Final Bills, Quantity Surveying, and Billing Processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage.
- Valuable analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
