Espirit Toyota is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and support our growing dealership network. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, statutory compliance, and performance management, preferably within the automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across dealership functions.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, counselling, and disciplinary processes.
- Prepare HR letters, including appointment, confirmation, warning, promotion, transfer, and separation documents.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HRMS data accuracy.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Support performance appraisal, probation confirmation, and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage employee separation processes.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Generate HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

Experience & Skills

- 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in an automobile dealership.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and labour law compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
