Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, mentor, and support the sales team.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop quality sales professionals.
- Build a scalable sales organization aligned with growth plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
- Accompany team members on customer visits whenever required.
- Support key negotiations and major business opportunities.
- Prepare forecasts, sales plans, and performance reports.
- Monitor team productivity and sales pipeline progress.

Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading and developing sales teams.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in recruitment, team building, and performance management.
- Candidates with a strong passion for sales, customer relationship building, and people development will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
