Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the class teacher in planning and conducting age-appropriate learning activities.
- Help children with daily routines such as eating, toileting, handwashing, and dressing.
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom workplace.
- Prepare teaching materials, learning aids, and activity resources.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, meals, and nap time.
- Encourage children's social, emotional, language, and physical development through positive interaction.
- Support children in developing good manners, hygiene habits, and independence.
- Observe children's behavior and report concerns or progress to the class teacher.
- Assist in maintaining attendance records and classroom documentation.
- Communicate politely and professionally with parents when required.




- Participate in school events, celebrations, parent meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Follow school policies, child protection guidelines, and safety procedures.
- Help manage classroom discipline using positive reinforcement techniques.
