- Platform & Catalog Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and Firstcry.
- Order Processing & Fulfillment: Track and manage daily orders, coordinate with warehouse teams for timely dispatch, and handle cancellations or customer returns.
- Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels regularly to prevent overselling or stockouts on digital storefronts.
- Digital Marketing & SEO: Execute search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, run pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and build A+ content to increase organic traffic and visibility.
- Data Analytics: Monitor website performance, sales trends, and user behavior via Google Analytics to generate actionable insights for growth.
- Customer Support: Resolve customer inquiries, track reviews and ratings, and handle ticket resolutions on marketplace dashboards.
