About the role: We are looking for a Photographer and Videographer to work full-time on campus and produce consistent, high-quality visual content across academic, student, and institutional activities. This role requires continuous on-ground presence to capture real-time moments, planned shoots, and day-to-day campus life.

This is an execution-first role that demands availability, speed, and the ability to deliver usable content daily

Role & responsibilities:

1. Be present on campus throughout working hours to capture ongoing academic sessions, labs, events, and student activities

2. Capture high-resolution photographs across classrooms, research environments, leadership interactions, and campus life

3. Produce portraits, campus architecture, and documentary-style images for website, social media, and media use

4. Shoot videos, including interviews, event coverage, campus walkthroughs, and short-form content

5.



Capture real-time moments without prior notice and respond quickly to live requirements

6. Ensure clean, secure footage with correct exposure and usable on-location audio

7. Edit photographs for colour, clarity, and consistency using Lightroom and Photoshop

8. Perform basic video editing such as trimming, sequencing, and simple cuts for quick turnaround content

9. Deliver edited assets within defined timelines, often on the same day or the next day

10. Maintain a structured archive of images and videos with proper file naming and tagging

11. Coordinate with marketing, faculty, and students to plan and execute shoots efficiently

12. Handle multiple shoots across the day with minimal supervision

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Bachelor's degree in Photography, Media, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in photography and videography

3. Strong portfolio covering events, portraits, and real-world environments

4. Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, basic lighting setups, and audio equipment

5. Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop

6. Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro preferred

7. Ability to work long on-campus hours and adapt to dynamic schedules

Strong coordination and communication skills across teams.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
