Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Executive to oversee, maintain, and support our company’s information technology infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for managing jewellery-specific ERP software, maintaining retail POS systems, securing highly confidential business data, and providing day-to-day technical support across our showrooms and manufacturing facilities.

- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot specialized jewellery ERP systems (e.g., Gati, JewelSoft, OrO, WinGold, or SAP).
- Provide technical support to database operators, accounts, and inventory teams regarding system errors or data syncing issues.
- Coordinate with external software vendors for updates, custom modules, and system modifications.
- Install, configure, and maintain office hardware, routers, switches, firewall protection, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Oversee high-security surveillance infrastructure,



including the management and backup of IP CCTV cameras and biometric access controls.
- Implement strict cybersecurity measures and antivirus protocols to safeguard sensitive data, including customer profiles, unique design assets, and financial records.
- Establish and monitor daily automated cloud and local data backup systems to avoid any data loss.
- Support the design team with server file access and network connectivity for high-end CAD/CAM workstations (Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD).
- Generate MIS reports and troubleshoot network connectivity between the manufacturing unit, back office, and retail branches.

Experience: 5 to 7 years of IT experience, with a mandatory preference for prior experience within the Gems & Jewellery industry

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
