Key Responsibilities

- Field Implementation: Oversee day-to-day project workflows, rollouts, and task completion across assigned local sites or villages.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain robust ties with local authorities, government bodies, schools, or partner NGOs.
- Team Supervision: Guide, mentor, and monitor field facilitators, volunteers, or local community workers.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct regular site visits, and submit timely progress reports.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Engineering/Management
- Experience: 5 years of field experience in community mobilization, project management, or social sectors.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in local native languages and English.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for local field visits and site coordination.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
