We are a professionally managed Hindustan Petroleum (HPCL) retail outlet committed to operational excellence, financial discipline, and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily accounting transactions in Tally.
- Maintain cash, bank, and ledger accounts.
- Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations.
- Record sales, purchases, and expenses.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare GST and TDS records.
- Reconcile UPI, POS, card, and cash collections.
- Maintain accounting documents and records.
- Coordinate with management, banks, and auditors.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all accounting tasks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
