We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who are eager to build their careers in both Business Development and Human Resources.

Roles & Responsibilities: Business Development

Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email and other online platforms.

Research potential clients and identify business opportunities.

Send personalized outreach messages and follow up with prospects.

Schedule meetings with qualified leads.

Maintain CRM and lead tracking sheets.

Assist in proposal preparation and client communication.

Coordinate with the technical team during pre-sales discussions.

Human Resources

Post job openings on various job portals.

Source and screen candidate profiles.

Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Coordinate interview processes and maintain candidate records.

Handle onboarding documentation.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Support employee engagement and HR operations.

Required Skills

Excellent English communication (written & verbal)

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals





Good internet research skills

Comfortable using MS Excel and Google Sheets

Quick learner with a positive attitude

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Good organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, BA, B.Sc. or equivalent)

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Internship experience is a plus but not mandatory.
