About the Company

We are a reputed Cashew Export Company based in Kannanallur, Kollam, engaged in processing and exporting premium quality cashews and value-added nut products. As our operations expand, we are looking for a skilled Office Accountant to manage day-to-day accounts and office coordination activities.

Position: Senior Accountant

Experience: Minimum 8 years

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Location: Kannanallur, Kollam (Quilon), Kerala

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records using Tally ERP software.
- Manage sales, purchase, and inventory entries accurately.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, bank reconciliations, and GST filings.
- Handle accounts receivable/payable and petty cash transactions.
- Support export documentation and coordinate with management for reports.
- Perform general office administration, including correspondence and data entry.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of experience as an Accountant.
- Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.
- Prior experience in export or trading companies preferred.
