Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HVAC Sales Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in HVAC sales, project estimation, and client relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets for HVAC systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC projects and maintenance contracts.
- Generate inquiries through consultants, contractors, builders, architects, and direct customers.
- Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.
- Prepare HVAC system proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for accurate costing and technical submissions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and convert inquiries into orders.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.




- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
- Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ventilation, Ducting, and Air Conditioning Systems.
- Experience in HVAC project sales and tendering.
- Ability to read HVAC drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of estimation, costing, and BOQ preparation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and CRM tools.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–4 years of experience in HVAC Sales, Business Development, or Project Sales.

Pay: Up to ₹50,631.47 per month
