We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support our Pharma business by preparing reports, analyzing sales and operational data, maintaining databases, and providing timely business insights to management. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Generate sales, inventory, and business performance reports.
- Maintain and update databases with complete accuracy.
- Analyze sales trends and operational performance.
- Develop dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Accounts, and Operations teams for data collection.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management.
- Identify discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
- Assist management with ad-hoc reports and business analysis.

Required Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP,



IF Functions, Charts)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of Power BI or SQL will be an added advantage

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, or Business Operations.
- Experience in Pharma, FMCG, Healthcare, or Distribution industry will be preferred.
