Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, managing invoicing and payment processes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations. Candidates with strong organizational skills, proficiency in Tally ERP, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally.
- Handle invoice preparation, billing, and related documentation.
- Assist in accounts payable/receivable activities.
- Support month-end closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations.

Requirements:





- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts.
- Familiarity with Tally ERP (Tally Prime is a plus).
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
