About Us

Need Eighty Two Travels Pvt. Ltd. (NEED82) is an IATA-certified travel company offering Airline Ticketing, Tour Packages, Visa Services, Forex, Hotel Booking, Medical Tourism, and Corporate Travel solutions. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies.
- Generate B2B partnerships with travel agents, hospitals, corporates, and institutions.
- Increase brand awareness and generate quality leads.
- Coordinate exhibitions, travel fairs, and promotional events.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Manage agency relationships and marketing budgets.
- Build strategic partnerships to expand the business.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.




- 5+ years of marketing experience (travel industry experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of branding, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in CRM, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to lead a team and achieve business targets.
