Roles & Responsibilities of an EYP Teacher: (LKG/UKG Teacher)

a. Establishing a Culture for Learning - Instructional Practice and deploying structure enquiry techniques leading to guided enquiry.

b. Employing and integrating ICT as a tool that improves learning and engaging in opportunities to improve personal ICT skills.

c. Classroom Management - continually seeking to improve learning and teaching strategies.

d. Demonstrating a high level of relevant curriculum knowledge, especially in areas of Numeracy, Literacy and UOI.

e. Assist in review of present curriculum, developing yearly/term plan, develop weekly /lesson plan.

f. Employing effective pedagogy that enables children to become successful and Self-regulated learners achieving personal excellence by:

- Using assessment information to plan progression for the differing needs of learners in the class
- Using appropriate assessment tools for formative and summative assessment Providing high quality scaffolding and feedback as stated in the school procedures for feedback to learners.

Student Outcomes – Analysis of student performance and encouraging them to reflect on their learning.

h. Ensuring effective Student Behavior Management in Classroom.

i. Adaption to New Educational Technologies.

j. Implementation Practices: Implementation of the feedback towards continual improvement.

k. Assessment for Learning: Assessing and evaluating students’ educational progress and abilities by means of different analytic tools.

l. Actively engaging in the school’s appraisal procedures.

m. Training and Development: Ensuring completion of mandatory Career development training hours and self - development contributing to school academic objective/ training.

n. Instilling Vision, Mission and Core Values among Students / Stake holders.

o. Coordinate in exhibiting students’ progress via School Management System.

p. Involving parents in their children’s learning through regular parent teacher meetings.

Pay: From ₹276,000.00 per year
