About the Role

Quantum Trade Ventures is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to work on content for multiple brands and digital projects.

The selected candidate will create Instagram Reels, posts, Stories, carousels and other short-form content. The role will involve planning, shooting and editing content for jewellery, healthcare, education and future projects.

This is an in-office position suitable for someone who enjoys creating visually attractive content and wants to gain experience across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Create Instagram Reels, static posts, Stories and carousel posts.
- Shoot product and brand content using a smartphone or camera.
- Create elegant jewellery content for DIOLYSH.
- Arrange products, props, backgrounds and lighting for content shoots.
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Filmora, Canva or similar tools.
- Create healthcare-related social media content for Optimist Healthcare.
- Create educational and teacher-focused content for PlaywayTeacher.
- Convert articles, ideas and scripts into engaging social media posts.
- Use AI tools to generate or enhance images, videos, captions and creative assets.
- Follow separate brand guidelines for each project.
- Research relevant social media trends, formats, hooks and audio.
- Prepare weekly or monthly content calendars.
- Schedule and publish approved content on social media platforms.




- Organise raw videos, edited files, images and project folders.
- Coordinate with our existing remote social media team member.
- Support future brands and digital projects as required.

Skills and Requirements

- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and social media content.
- Creative eye for composition, colours, fonts and visual presentation.
- Basic video editing and image-editing knowledge.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Filmora, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Comfortable using AI content-generation tools.
- Ability to follow different visual styles for jewellery, healthcare and educational content.
- Positive attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic written English and Hindi communication skills.
- A portfolio, Instagram page or sample work will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong creative skills may apply.

Additional Preference

Women candidates may be preferred because some DIOLYSH content may involve jewellery styling, hand modelling and women-focused fashion content.

Practical Selection Task

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to create:

- One short jewellery Reel from provided footage.
- One social media post for another brand.

The test will be used only to evaluate creativity, editing and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
